Observatorio de Riesgos Catastróficos Globales (ORCG) is a science diplomacy organization working to improve global risk management in Spanish-speaking countries. To achieve our mission, we connect decision makers with experts and produce evidence-based publications.Our team works together with experts and public officials to co-create policies that identify, prevent and mitigate the effects of global risk.
Our current focus areas include 1) Artificial Intelligence regulation, 2) food security against global catastrophic food failure, 3) Pandemic biosecurity in Latin America, and 4) improving global catastrophic risk management (all-hazards).
