The global crises of poverty and environmental damage are connected -- Fortunately, so are their solutions. Plant With Purpose supporters are reversing deforestation and making soil fertile again. 100% locally led and community-based, our Community Designed Restoration model puts rural farmers in the driver's seat. Not only are they restoring the environment but they are cutting their poverty in half! We've directly helped half a million people, who have planted about 73 million trees in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Burundi, The DR Congo, Malawi, and Thailand. With your help, we hope to double those numbers in the next few years. We empower women, Indigenous people groups, ethnic minorities, and other vulnerable communities.
