Generation - You Employed Inc.

Generation is a global nonprofit network that supports people to achieve economic mobility and a better life. We train and place adults into careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. We improve how the education to employment system works.

We offer programs in more than 35 professions across technology, healthcare, customer service, skilled trades, and green jobs – and connect graduating candidates directly to hiring employers.

In less than 10 years, we have achieved significant impact, that includes: $630M in salaries earned by our graduates; 81% of our graduates are placed in jobs within 3 months of program completion; and 65% of our graduates are hired by repeat employers.

We advocate for changes that can fix the broken global workforce system. We conduct practice-based research, bring stakeholders together, share what we are learning, and shine a spotlight on solutions that work.

Launched in 2015, Generation consists of a global entity and a network of in-country affiliates: Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Hong Kong (China), India, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Pakistan, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
