Brooklyn College Foundation: Women's Center

The Women’s Center at Brooklyn College is one of the earliest & most active campus-based women’s centers in the United States. We pride ourselves in being the metaphorical heart of the Brooklyn College campus, having created a centralized location uniting women-identifying students and putting intersectional feminism into practice. The identity of the Women’s Center is rooted in our role as a resource center, providing direct services and referrals along with the unwavering commitment to support students emotionally, intellectually, and physically, while advocating for their financial well-being, assistance which is often essential to reaching their goal of graduation. This core framework, which has become a labor of love, has allowed our philosophy to bloom and influence the lives of hundreds of students.
