SIPA enriches and empowers generations of Pilipino Americans and others in Historic Filipinotown and throughout Los Angeles.
SIPA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving Historic Filipinotown and other neighborhoods throughout Greater Los Angeles County. SIPA produces programs for youth and families including case management and counseling, after school programs, senior programs, small business development, cultural enrichment, and affordable housing.

SIPA's 50th Anniversary Celebration & Barangay Awards
Celebrate SIPA's 50th Anniversary and support the annual Barangay Awards and fundraiser. This event will offer a chance to look back on the legacy of the leaders that came before us, and honor new leaders that have emerged to support not only the Filipino Americans but residents of HiFi and beyond. Over the last 50 years, SIPA has worked to respond to the needs of the FilAm community and residents of HiFi, offering a wide range of supportive services through it's youth programs, mental health program, and community economic development. As we enter the next 50 years, it is our hope that you can continue to support the expansion of these vital programs and services.

Help Give SIPA'S Youth New Experiences
Funds raised for SIPA will help give the youth more opportunities and experiences that they don't usually get. SIPA is allowed a certain budget for the youth program and does its best to help youth where its needed most. The funds raised can give youth more support in all areas of life and with a strong support system the community can thrive!
