We are a think tank dedicated to figuring out the best ways to make the world a better place.
Rethink Priorities is a think-and-do tank that informs nonprofits, funders and policymakers about how to most effectively improve the lives of humans and animals—both now and in the future.
Through rigorous analysis and strategic action, we identify high-leverage interventions across animal welfare, global health and development, and other neglected but promising areas. We maintain the highest standards of rigor while equally valuing curiosity and open-mindedness, working to drive evidence-based change where it's needed most.
