For nearly five decades, the National Partnership for Women & Families has been making life better for women and families. We helped advance landmark policies like the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Family & Medical Leave Act, Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, and Affordable Care Act that strengthened our workplaces, healthcare systems, and communities. We promote fairness in the workplace, access to quality and affordable health care, reproductive rights, and policies that help women and men meet the dual demands of work and family.
