The INADcure Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to support the development of treatments, including a cure, for Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD) and other forms of PLA2G6-associated neurodegeneration. We are the largest research and support organization worldwide for families who have been handed the challenging diagnosis of INAD/ANAD/PLAN. INAD is a devastating, rapidly progressing, neurodegenerative disease that robs children of their mental, cognitive and physical abilities before it takes away their life.

In addition to the Foundation’s ultimate focus on driving the research to find a cure for Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy and other forms of PLA2G6-associated neurodegeneration, we work to provide information and support to families, With the help of our incredible PLAN communities all over the world, we aim to promote greater awareness, support the research that advances our understanding of PLAN/INAD and advocate for various needs facing the PLAN/INAD community.
