As Mark says, seems like win-win: vaccinations for children, payments for low-income parents. And it's a GiveWell top charity. 

Today, I learned that childhood vaccines, which I was fortunate to get when I was little, could prevent up 2-3 million deaths per year. I love that New Incentives gives conditional cash transfers to people in need in Nigeria when their new babies are vaccinated. I truly hope that more people will be incentivized to get their newborns vaccinated! 

I wholeheartedly support Shoe4Africa, a nonprofit charity founded in 2006 by an accomplished runner with dreams to better serve humanity via charitable deeds to build schools, community healthcare facilities and hospitals in Kenya, East Africa. 
As an endurance running hobbyist, passionate healthcare professional and seasoned traveler to Africa, it is my pleasure to kickstart my fundraising campaign for Shoe4Africa with a personal pledge and spreading the word of the charitable deeds of Shoe4Africa’s current mission to make cancer treatment for children a reality in Kenya’s Rift Valley. Every generous donation will contribute to the success of the first children cancer hospital in Sub-Saharan Africa.
