I gave because I am proud of the work of the Trevor Project and their work is more critical than ever today. 

We have all been touched by this in our lives .. lets help others in pain

We have to support LGBTQ youth in the face of continued discrimination, now sadly sanctioned by the US Supreme Court,

I gave to honor those lost to suicide, to all the friends that chose to end their suffering in silence, Maybe if this was around then they might still be around now. It is my deepest hope that this helps some struggling kid that is trying to keep their head above the dark. 

I know how it feels to reach the end of the rope, to feel so alone, so isolated, so full of shame, so invisible, that you would rather die. The Trevor Project offers a lifeline for young people to have someone to talk to, to give them support, validate them and rescue them from this agony. Their work is invaluable. 

I am doing 50 good deeds for 50 friends. This donation is in honor of my dear childhood friend Amy C.
