It also shapes research topics, methodologies, and areas of focus, as lived experience and community context remain underrepresented in clinical research and practice.

SpringBridge is fostering the next generation of mental health professionals by expanding access to education, mentorship, and career pathways for individuals from system-impacted and underserved backgrounds.
