I wanted to honor the memory of Bobby Phillips.  

Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association is a nonprofit organization focused on recreation, sports, leisure, or athletics. It is based in Anniston, AL. It received its nonprofit status in 2001.

Since 1989, SORBA has worked to create, enhance, and preserve great mountain experiences in the Southeastern United States.
