Our Mission: At RSF, we empower youth in Santa Cruz City and County schools, and beyond, through sports, arts, education, and culture. Our programs support aspiring athletes, artists, and scholars by fostering personal development through athletic training, artistic expression, and academic enrichment. Committed to helping young individuals seek, believe, and achieve their goals, we promote excellence to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

About the Reggie Stephens Foundation: Founded in 2018, the Reggie Stephens Foundation (RSF) was created to provide youth with opportunities to grow through sports, arts, education, and culture. What began as a vision to uplift young athletes has evolved into a dynamic organization offering programs that promote personal development, leadership, and academic success.

RSF remains deeply committed to the community, expanding initiatives like Sunday Sessions, partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and the Central Coast Girls Flag Football All-Star Tournament. With the support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we continue to create pathways for youth to thrive and achieve their dreams.
