Together, we envision a future where individuals, equipped with knowledge, compassion, and resilience, lead the way in shaping a positive and intentional communities.
Our current projects include:
I. PRISM (Personal Relationship Improvement with Social Media): An evidence-based method supporting people who want to develop healthy and empowered relationships with social technologies. PRISM offers a comprehensive view of social technologies' impact on mental well-being by leveraging education, goal setting, and self-reflection to develop a sense of agency and direct attention toward the cultivation of meaning, purpose, and joy.Currently in development.
II. rite passage: rite passage is a transformative journey designed as an engaging board game and mystery box. Players use tokens to unlock levels, each offering choices of new challenges to attempt and cards to collect. The game is built around key categories such as self-reflection, agency, and resilience, and aims to guide adolescents through their personal growth journey. Through playful exploration, participants discover the joy of self-expression, the importance of setting boundaries in physical and digital life, and the skills for healthy media habits. With an emphasis on social wellbeing, belonging, and celebrating character development, rite passage offers a fun and meaningful experience of self-discovery and growth. Currently in development.
III. Professional Development Program for Middle and High School Educators: We offer a compassion-based approach to providing strategies for educators to conduct attention in their classroom through synthesized research into adolescent development and the affordances of modern technology.
IV. Workshops & Facilitations: We offer workplace conflict facilitations, presentations and workshops, and one-on-one coaching related to cultures of compassion, team dynamics, and nonviolent communication.
