Mississippi Spay & Neuter provides nearly 5,000 low-cost spay/neuter procedures annually at their Big Fix Clinic in Richland. No animal is turned away for financial reasons. They also maintain a statewide listing of low-cost services. Additionally, they provide low-cost wellness services to animals who have already been fixed.
