Ethos has been an absolute game-changer for postpartum moms, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s not just about the products—they truly understand the unique challenges and needs of mothers during the postpartum period. Whether it’s their focus on natural, nourishing ingredients or the way their offerings support both physical recovery and emotional well-being, Ethos feels like it was designed with so much care and thought.

What I love most is that Ethos promotes self-care during a time when it’s so easy to put yourself last. For moms juggling exhaustion, healing, and the demands of a newborn, these products feel like a gentle reminder to slow down and take care of yourself, too. It’s the little things—like a soothing balm or a relaxing tea—that can make all the difference.

Ethos empowers moms to prioritize their wellness without guilt, making postpartum recovery a little more manageable and a lot more comforting.


Now that my kids are grown, I realize that this type of support would have meant the world to me back then. Yes, motherhood comes with lots of joy, love and fulfillment, but nobody really talks about the other aspects. The mental strain, the insecurities, and the shaming that people project when trying to be vocal about it. 

I gave because I am an older women who would have loved a space like this when I was younger trying to navigate life and motherhood. 

There is nothing more important than the healing of one's mind,  body and soul! I believe in the purpose of Love and Ethos, and I believe in you and your purpose. 💞

Proud of your work you are doing for mothers! What a way to pour back into the community and make an impact! Hoping it refills the cups of so many! 

I could not have survived my new-motherhood journey without the support system and resources I was fortunate enough to have. EVERY mother deserves this.

Love + Ethos’ mission is to create supportive spaces and opportunities for women journeying through motherhood while facing systemic, economic, and social challenges. We’ve seen how disparities can negatively impact one’s life trajectory, and feel called to help close the gaps for women facing these disadvantages. Love + Ethos was founded to build supportive environments and programming that promote enhanced quality of life and holistic well-being. With an initial focus on serving women in their postpartum journey, Love + Ethos will be hosting an inaugural postpartum retreat in August, creating a space for community, healing, and uplifting moms through retreat-style learning.

Postpartum is said to last anywhere from 6-8 weeks post-birth. But moms with experience know that this period can last up to 2 years after birth, before feeling some sense of pre-birth normalcy. Great physical, emotional, and mental changes come along with having children and there are missed opportunities to support women during this time. Many of us need more support from friends and family, more time from work, social support, and specific tools to guide us through the postpartum era.

To raise funds for the postpartum retreat, and celebrate the launch of Love + Ethos we are hosting a private ceramics class and fundraiser. We are gathering 20+ women who are in alignment with our mission and willing to support our cause.  This event holds space for grounding and creative expression, while spending time in a community of like-minded women to raise funds for our organizational programming. The 3-hour experience includes a 2-hour guided pottery class and Silent Auction, in which 100% of donations will go towards hosting 8-10 women at our Postpartum Retreat.

We are also asking our community to support our fundraising efforts outside of this specific event. Our goal is to raise funds which will go towards covering housing, food, classes, and facilitation costs for Postpartum Retreat attendees.
