Euki is a tech-nonprofit working at the intersection of Reproductive Health and Digital Privacy to promote agency and autonomy over our collective sexual and reproductive health data, decisions and care. 

Euki co-designs with users who face specific barriers and/or risks to accessing reproductive health care- because when tech meets the needs of those who face the most barriers, everyone benefits.

Our flagship product, the Euki App, is a no-cost mobile period tracker that also connects users to research based information on censored or stigmatized sexual and reproductive health experiences including Abortion, Contraception, Menstruation, and Sexuality- all without collecting one single bit of their data.

In Nov. 2024 we added the Care Navigator- a new feature that lets users privately search, filter, and even save time-sensitive information for US-based abortion care providers and support options- all in the same app they use to track their period.

We create life-changing opportunities for women to start and grow careers in the digital economy in Latin America.

**In 2014, Laboratoria was founded with the mission of bridging female talent in Latin America with a growing tech sector.**

Our founders set out to identify the untapped potential of talented women in Latin America, and address the barriers that women face when seeking to enter the ever-growing tech industry. Starting in Peru, **we’ve since expanded to 11 countries, broadening our program offerings along the way.**

**Laboratoria’s transformative programs**

- **Código M i**s an initiative designed to inspire and introduce thousands of women taking their first steps in tech to various career paths through monthly in-person and virtual events and workshops.
- Through our **intensive tech training program** we equip women who have not had access to quality opportunities with the skills necessary to thrive in the digital economy.

Stronger Together

Rebuilding roofs in underserved communities throughout Puerto Rico while providing carpentry training to local residents.

Our mission is twofold: We rebuild damaged roofs in under-served communities throughout Puerto Rico, while providing residents with basic carpentry training. This approach helps improve living conditions by improving housing and addressing the shortage of skilled construction workers on the island.

At PRoTechos, our approach to rebuilding involves working closely with the communities we serve. We network with local community leaders, other non-profits, and municipalities to locate the most urgent cases, and we focus on helping residents who do not have the financial resources to hire help for roof repairs. We prioritize homes with children, elderly, and sick or disabled occupants.

Once we have identified a candidate for roof replacement, we assess the roof. Our work is limited to roof repairs or reconstruction of metal roofs. If the homeowner and the roof qualify, our project manager performs a detailed assessment, taking measurements and creating a scope of work. Once release forms are signed, our project manager orders the lumber and other roofing materials, and works with the foreman to schedule the project.

Depending on the size of the roof and extent of the damage, it can take a team of two to four people between two and 10 days to complete. Rain often interrupts our schedule; for safety reasons, we do not allow anyone on a roof when it is wet. In all, each roof costs an average of $10,000 to complete, including materials and labor.

Carpentry and construction work are done by skilled carpenters and trainees who participate in our Learn and Earn apprenticeship program.

Advocates for justice - we are a legal NGO, set up in 1952, working to promote and protect human rights through the rule of law.

The legal teams at the ICJ are supported by 60 Commissioners, who are expert judges, lawyers and academics from all legal traditions. They are selected for their experience, knowledge and fundamental commitment to human rights. They provide pro bono support, using their unique legal expertise and access to ensure that people everywhere benfit equally from the rule of law and human rights, and if those rights are violated, they can seek and receive adequate remedies from courts that are independent, impartial, fair, and effective. We work around the world, but focus on countries where human rights and the rule of law are most at risk. Over the past 70 year, our work has benefited the lives of millions of people.

We do this by:
·       Supporting the drafting and adoption of landmark human rights treaties and conventions
·       Promoting judicial independence and the rule of law
·       Monitoring the human rights situation around the world
·       Advocating for the rights of vulnerable groups

Our mission is to develop and unite the next generation of vocal powerhouses to succeed through stellar education and unwavering mentorship.

**Once an artist has been accepted to the Conservatory, we work with them to identify needs and give support.** Our goal is to make financial aid available to every artist in need and strive to make their educational dreams a reality.

The Open Door NJNY equips immigrant families through weekly English, TASC, and computer classes at 4 sites across the NY/NJ area.

The Open Door empowers marginalized immigrants to reach their full potential and
successfully integrate into mainstream society. We provide 5 levels of ESL instruction as well as classes in GED preparation and computer literacy. Our 4 program sites serve over 600 individuals in NY and NJ - equipping them with the skills they need to succeed in the United States. 

There are two aspects of our program that set us apart from other academic services in the metropolitan area:

1. Our classes are completely free for our students! Our programs are funded by the generosity of our supporters.

2. The Open Door has a highly relational focus and emphasis on community. Students may enroll in our program to learn English (and other skills), but they receive so much more- friendship, support, and the reminder that they are valued members of our community and deeply loved as image bearers of God.

FFI is an abolitionist org working to end immigration detention by following the leadership of detained immigrants. 

Freedom for Immigrants is an abolitionist organization that envisions a world without prisons or cages of any kind. We work to abolish immigration incarceration, recognizing we are part of a broader movement fighting for our freedom at the intersection of mass incarceration, immigration enforcement, and the deprivation of Black, brown, and Indigenous people’s autonomy. To empower our communities, we organize alongside and follow the leadership of currently and formerly incarcerated immigrants. We recognize our work is necessarily tied to broader efforts to eradicate white supremacy and the systems that sustain oppression. By cultivating the community-centered solutions that breathe life into our collective liberation, we actively build a future in which all people can move freely and thrive.

Ciencia Puerto Rico (CienciaPR, www.cienciapr.org) is a global community of more than 15,000 scientists, students, educators, and allies who understand that science can empower individuals with the knowledge, capacity, and agency to improve their lives and society. 

We celebrate and empower this rich and diverse community and they in turn help us make science information and education more engaging and culturally relevant and improve access to science, technology, engineering, and math careers and opportunities. 

CienciaPR’s efforts over the last decade have garnered multiple recognitions, including being named a Bright Spot for Hispanic STEM Education by the White House, a 2018 Science Defender by the Union of Concerned Scientists, and recognized as Breakthrough of the Year in Science Engagement at the Falling Walls conference in 2021.

JANN is an organization that works to improve the quality of education in Mexico by providing free online math tutoring.


Jóvenes Ayudando a Niñas y Niños (JANN) is working on improving education for thousands of students in Mexico by providing free online mathematics tutoring.

Through their platform, JANN connects college students who volunteer as tutors with children from primary and middle schools. University tutors undergo initial training and interviews to ensure suitability, to be assigned to teach groups of up to five students. These groups meet online for two hours a week over a period of twenty-four weeks, focusing on reviewing math topics and reinforcing learning.

The impact extends beyond academics, with tutors serving as bridges between students and knowledge, offering academic and emotional support, and often becoming role models.

Approximately 40% of participants access classes via cell phones due to limited computer access at home. JANN's is high impact low cost intervention making use of technology to coordinate over ~10,000 participants each semester at minimal cost.

JANN is also a research project led by MIT PhD students, aiming to discover effective teaching methods applicable worldwide. Continuous financial support is sought to sustain this impactful program, as JANN is an NGO offering free tools and resources to all participants.

DIY Girls empowers girls to explore STEAM through programming that builds skills, confidence and community.


DIY Girls mission is to increase girls' interest and long-term success in technology, engineering and making through innovative educational experiences and mentor relationships.

DIY Girls was founded in 2011 to inspire and motivate girls to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and math by Luz Rivas, current California State Assemblywoman for the 39th District. Luz developed the first module of the Creative Electronics curriculum, which is still used today. Since then, DIY Girls has expanded our programming to include Creative Engineering, Invent Girls, GANAS Alumni Network, Summer Woodworking Camp, and much more. DIY Girls has served 5,711 girls and now serves nearly 450 girls per year across 15 school sites in the Northeast San Fernando Valley and with community partners throughout Los Angeles.  The majority of the girls in our programs are girls of color, ages 10-18 who reside in the Northeast San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, including the City of San Fernando. DIY Girls positively influences girls by providing tools to build their technical skills and confidence to pursue STEM as they enter adolescence and start to explore career interests. The IDAC Foundation recognizes the importance of capital as the oxygen to all industries. Each industry's diverse needs and uses of capital vary, requiring a solution to synchronize the myriad of efforts across stakeholders. At the IDAC Foundation, we are committed to connecting the industry to advance:

- Financial Literacy: through partnerships and new programs, we acknowledge the full life cycle of financial literacy training and education needed to reduce wealth inequality. From early childhood education efforts to adult financial wellness programs, our goal is to ensure financial literacy becomes a fundamental right for all. 
- Financial Career Paths: we partner with various diverse intern and career path programs to generate a more inclusive workforce. Since entry level roles in financial services tend to start at higher income levels, we are investing time into programs and partnerships that train more underrepresented communities for a career in financial services, while creating mentoring programs for mid to late-stage leaders to take on roles as asset owners, chief of investment officers, trustees, board of directors, as an example.  
- Resource Sharing: we provide free thought leadership programming and research  to amplify data to leaders and institutions to make informed decisions on the state of underrepresented communities while tracking progress for a more inclusive ecosystem.

The PowHERful Foundation gets young women to, and through, college. We provide financial assistance, mentorship, and wraparound services to help our scholars achieve their highest potentials.

The PowHERful Foundation believes education is the ultimate equalizer, especially for the young women we serve. We work to give our girls the tools, advice, and support to not just get through school, but to get ahead in school, have a happy personal life, and get on the path to a great career. The PowHERful Foundation exists to provide hardworking young women with the resources necessary to succeed.
College education is a critical pathway to career success and increasing access among young women and girls strengthens their earnings potential, health and well-being, and community impact. Women with a 4-year undergraduate degree earn $1.1 million more in their lifetime and are more likely to volunteer than women with a high school diploma.

However, young women and girls of color and from underserved communities face multiple barriers to enrolling in and graduating from college. An undergraduate degree can be cost-prohibitive for those who do not receive adequate financial aid and lack the support to navigate the complex educational system. Moreover, young women and girls from underserved communities who do enroll in college are more likely to drop out than their peers from higher socioeconomic status communities due to the compounding challenges to their academic success.

Expanding the participation of young women and girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) can close the pay gap, advance gender equity, and transform communities in the United States.  Women in STEM more than their peers in non-STEM roles and recent estimates suggest the earning differential is nearly 90%.

Yet women represent a mere 34% of the STEM workforce and women of color fare far worse in the sector. Black, Indigenous, and Latina women make up less than 10% of the workforce and receive less than 15% of STEM bachelor’s degrees. Gender norms, a lack of representation, and limited mentorship hinder the growth of young women and girls in STEM.

Investing in young women and girls of color and from lower socioeconomic backgrounds is intrinsic to our work because they have the potential to transform communities and lives. However, inequitable access to educational, financial, and social resources more often than not impedes their ability to create the healthy, safe, and successful futures they are envisioning. 

Disparities in the United States from the gender wage gap to reproductive health outcomes and socioeconomic mobility disproportionately affect Black, Indigenous, and women of color.  And COVID-19 has exacerbated these inequities – Black and LatinX women in particular experienced higher rates of unemployment, faced greater exposure to the virus due to their overrepresentation in essential roles, and have yet to reap the same benefits of the economic recovery as their peers.

Most of the girls we work with are the first in their families to pursue higher education. We aim to be the people in their lives who can get them to and through college, there for every challenge and accomplishment, facilitating useful connections and experiences to help them along a trajectory of achievement.

Building on their philanthropic goals, Soledad O’Brien and Brad Raymond established the Starfish Foundation in 2011 to expand access to higher education among young women and girls from underserved communities. Beginning with just 6 college bound students in our scholarship program, we have since expanded to support over 4,000 young women and girls in their academic, personal, and professional journeys through our flagship programs.

Our mission is to strengthen and diversify the network of legal psychedelic service providers by offering prioritized enrollment and certification opportunities to people from marginalized communities. We seek to increase benefits and prevent harms by creating pathways to apprenticeship, employment, and ongoing peer support for facilitators in this growing field.

Launching in Oregon in 2023, our social justice-rooted training program practicum to prepare students for licensure under the nation’s first legal psilocybin services program. We seek to raise industry standards so people from all backgrounds can find belonging and thrive in psychedelic work. This requires anchoring in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, feedback, accountability, and meaningful practices of sacred reciprocity. 

We exist so psychedelic healing work can not only be available to our communities, but relevant to our ancestral and lived experiences and impactful for generations to come.

We will support this by hosting in person and digital integration circles for new and experienced facilitators, supporting networks of student pods to continue learning together, and leading industry-wide conversations about ethical standards and care. 

Oregon ranks among the worst for mental health conditions and is dismal in access to therapy and psychiatric services. The numbers are even worse for people from marginalized social locations. These community members experience higher rates of the very mental health conditions that psilocybin can help address. However, psilocybin is not a cure-all. Wellbeing is systemic and depends on the harmony of a variety of factors. The success of psilocybin services will depend largely on the trust and rapport established between client and facilitator, the client's sense of safety and belonging, the environment in which services occur, and importantly, the follow-up care and support provided.

As in talk therapy, it is critical that patients have the option of working with someone who has shared identifiers and can relate to their lived experience. This is especially important when working with racial and gender-based trauma and deep healing processes. 

Additionally, the lasting benefits of psilocybin will rely on external factors, such as access to healthcare, safe and consistent housing, healthy food, community support, and gainful employment. It is essential that individuals working in this new industry understand and are engaged with the intersectional approach to wellbeing and community health; if they don't, the industry will be peddling a short-term band-aid solution, with service sites overwhelmed by high-paying experience seekers and fail to deliver on the promises of lasting change and healing promoted by the Psilocybin Services Act.

In our work with indigenous communities, we have observed that the education processes of their traditions become more complicated every day, because these communities and their members need economic resources to carry out ceremonies and inter-tribal meetings that are essential for the conservation of their knowledge. It is here where the elderly, young people and children come together to give continuity to their knowledge and secrets, and even solve issues plaguing the community. The scarcity of resources sometimes prevents them from carrying out initiatory ceremonies that in turn are part of an educational process in the indigenous tradition, and their absence makes it impossible to pass on their knowledge and preserve it to the next generation.

We have found that usually the mystical elements and the psychedelic education and initiations of these communities are the pillars where their traditions, cosmologies and world views rest. We believe that strengthening and supporting this part of their lives will reinforce their system in general and help conserve and defend their identities and diversity. We believe that conserving the spiritual traditions and mystical connection of indigenous communities, and of all of us, will aid the ecological balance of the planet and support the mental health of our species.

We aim to transform the face of education for girls in Sierra Leone with a mission to foster intellectual growth, develop leadership and catalyze social impact across communities.

We focus on four pillars of success:

1. Education quality: Our small class cohorts of 24 girls are taught by six subject matter teachers, which enables the personalized attention needed to achieve strong academic foundations. 

2. Civic and Female Empowerment: On “Special Fridays”, we teach topics key to civic education with a special focus on female empowerment.

3. Critical Thinking: By moving from corporal punishment to PBIS (Positive behavioral interventions and support) techniques, we create an environment where girls feel comfortable posing questions rather than avoiding wrong answers.

4. International exposure: We host international guest lecturers onsite. In the past, these partners have expanded computer literacy skills; taught girls about their reproductive systems; and conducted art therapy to foster self-esteem and resolve conflicts.

"It's ironic that I started out on theses very streets in the 80s and was apart of a documentary about homeless youth, now here I am 32 years later helping those living in homelessness on the very streets that I began on long ago.

Seattle Dogs started in 2014, helping one dog at a time, one paw  with one bag of dog food one paw at a time we handed out pet food. After working hard to have it all midway through our lives we spiraled down the windy road to nowhere fast and as the world we'd  built with unwavering love, dealing with hardships, forging our happily ever afters, having beautiful moments with our 3 young grankids, enjoying our dogs, it all came crashing down, were we really at rock bottom? With the reality of losing our home in our faces we began to navigate homelessness with our 4 dogs  

 we understood the obstacles, needs and necessities of these dogs and their humans. We had no idea when we started this that we would grow into who we are today. We look forward to learning and growing as we navigate our way thru the need of the animals and their humans

Diagnosed with stage 4 liver disease I am truly living that country song "live like you were dying" by Tim McGraw, while surrounded by love I battle my illness and push to keep Seattle Dogs going,we have to stay open, we must keep going, it's keeping me alive, with this I ask you to please donate!
