We bridge deep divides to transform violent conflict: to foster reconciliation, interrupt cycles of violence, and strengthen community resilience. We have worked in more than 30 countries since 1994, including the United States. Now, in our 30th year, we are focusing intently on our work to empower communities to build peace.

Currently, we are working to co-create and sustain grassroots peacebuilding systems in parts of Nigeria and northern Benin affected by climate change and ongoing violent conflict. We have also been working in the U.S, partnering with schools to improve their systems for violence prevention while using restorative disciplinary approaches to improve school climate and community. And, across our past and present program areas, we are building a Peacebuilding Partners Network to strengthen the capacity of locally-rooted organizations across the globe.
