Our program divisions house a wide variety of services including early childhood education, employment and training, energy and housing, and health and wellness.

HRA’s services are delivered to residents in the 6 towns of New Britain, Bristol, Burlington, Farmington, Plainville, and Plymouth. Last year we helped more than 14,000 individuals and families move closer to becoming self-sufficient. By partnering with local, state, and federal agencies and businesses, we help to make the most of all available resources.

Our Board of Directors represents the community that we serve. It is comprised of equal representation from the public sector (elected officials), the private sector (business and community organizations), and the neighborhoods (residents served by programs).
