Gladwell, the Kenyan woman at the forefront of Girls Hope, has helped to rescue thousands of young girls aged 4-17 from illegal and unspeakable cultural practices. She has been battling these issues herself and it's the core mission of her life. Now she is caring for 84 incredible girls on her campus, with plans to expand more homes throughout Kenya.
Our mission is to build a world free of gender-based violence by working with local organizations and governments to rescue girls from abusive environments, providing them with the necessary tools to succeed and become empowered citizens. We also focus on creating awareness about the issue of gender-based violence and advocating for programs that protect and empower girls across the globe.
