CodeBrave Lebanon is providing emergency education in shelters focused on building basic literacy, numeracy and science skills through game-based coding and robotics classes. This hands-on, engaging approach is one of the most effective ways to keep children learning, providing hope, stability, and a much-needed escape from the chaos around them. They are leaning into their expertise of working with children who suffer from toxic-stress, their experience in online learning and their game-based education approach.
CodeBrave Lebanon is a non-profit organisation founded in 2018 that aims at powering Lebanon’s next generation with tech education. We deliver coding and robotics classes for children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our programme, delivered in collaboration with under-resourced schools and shelters, offers students the tech skills, confidence, and opportunity to access the jobs of tomorrow and achieve their full potential. We also upskill teachers in public and low-resourced schools to independently deliver coding, robotics & AI education using our STEM.org curriculum through our CodePowered Schools Programme across Lebanon.
