For over 100 years, Cedars has been a leader in providing programs for people with developmental disabilities in order to foster independence, uphold dignity and inspire creative, productive joyous, and healthy lives.
Today Cedars supports almost 200 adults through our residential and day programs across Marin County -- with 8 group homes, Cedars Ross Residences and three innovative day programs.Cedars programs offer a wide variety of engaging activities and income opportunities to connect individuals with the best expression of themselves -- as working artists, weavers, co-op owners, gardeners, animal caretakers, chefs, neighbors, community volunteers, and so much more.
Cedars artists, weavers, and jewelry-makers exhibit and sell their work in art shows throughout the Bay Area and at Artist Within - A Cedars Gallery in downtown San Anselmo.
