BridgeYear's vision is for all students to graduate high school with a path to stable employment. We reduce roadblocks for deserving youth from underserved communities, which includes low-income students, students of color, and first-generation students, by increasing access to equitable education, workforce training, career preparation resources, and careers in high-growth, in-demand occupations that do not require a bachelors degree.
