Short Term Goals (2024/2025)
Expand workshop and class offerings based on community feedback;
Engage more deeply with the community;
Create a mini-makerspace to support small businesses and encourage new business ventures;
Increase Revenue Streams through membership expansion, capital campaigns, grant opportunities, community fundraisers, and sponsorships;

Long Term Goals (2025 & Beyond)
Continue enhancing services offered to the community;
Become a central fixture within the community;
Plan and develop the Compton Makers Hub with the support of the community;
Replicate our process and parts of our makerspace model to bring a makerspace to multiple underserved communities.
