We believe that maintaining mental wellness is crucial for long-term well-being. *Young 9* is dedicated to providing underrepresented youth with essential resources and education to foster optimal mental wellness. We also strive to break down the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in sports. Through our efforts, we will empower youth and young athletes from underrepresented communities to reach their full potential.
