Women inPower is a one-of-a-kind fellowship program from The 92nd Street Y, New York (92NY) — New York’s global center for culture, connection, and enrichment. Offered at no cost to participants, the fellowship provides senior level women-identifying leaders across all professional sectors the peer support, mentorship, training and coaching needed to advance them to the highest levels of leadership. Over the past ten years, more than half of our fellows have entered the C-Suite, received promotions, or started new roles since participating in the fellowship. What truly differentiates this program from others is its focus on social impact – rooted in the deepest values of 92NY – meaning we expect graduates to use what they have learned to create a more meaningful society and a better workplace culture and environment for everyone.

For 150 years, 92NY has been a cultural force anchored in community. In a typical year, 700,000+ people of all ages join us onsite for our exceptional range of programming, which includes hundreds of talks, readings, concerts, and dance performances; thousands of classes in personal and professional development, the arts, and fitness; and much more.
