Open Collective Europe promotes charitable initiatives within the European Union, with a focus on Education, Social Impact and Civic participation, and provides such initiatives with a simple and transparent way to manage their finances. Open Collective Europe's mission is to promote projects in the EU with the following charitable purposes: - increasing access to educational resources and training,  - creating a positive social impact and  - developing tools to improve civic participation within cities or communities. Future perspectives At the beginning of 2022, we shared our desire to grow the Open Collective Europe community. Our goal is to make the community more vibrant, supported and resilient. We set out to build a more comprehensive fiscal hosting service and support system for our collectives.

KUNC is a community-licensed public radio station, operated by Community Radio for Northern Colorado, Inc., a 501 (c) 3, Colorado non-profit organization. CRNC came into existence in the winter of 2001 when a group of community volunteers raised $2 million in 20 days to purchase KUNC's license from the University of Northern Colorado and preserve the station's independent voice.

Instrumental in the fundraising campaign were many members of the KUNC listening community, including the KUNC Advisory Council. The Council had existed for many years providing community reaction and guidance to the station staff.

Following the sale of the station to the community group, a Board of Directors was elected which oversees the operation of the station. The KUNC Community Advisory Council continues to provide community insights to the staff in matters of programming, community service and fundraising.

c89.5 supports the personal and professional growth of our students, giving them the skills and confidence to succeed in careers in media and other professions. Our students gain practical experience in digital media production, public speaking, and professional presentation. For Angie, she turned to drugs after losing hope for her future. Deep in depression, her pain got so unbearable that she tried to hang herself. But the rope broke. That encouragement moved her to get help. Today, she and her daughter listen to KAMB every morning and are reminded that God’s love is enduring, and that life can be abundant.
