Wise’s Equity for Impact is a community of Wise alumni, employees, and investors who are committing to give a portion of our resources toward causes that will benefit our communities and our world.

Lead the change for good in tech
Inspire other tech companies and employees to help their communities after benefitting from an IPO.
Get help finding the right charity
You don't have to do it alone. We can help you choose the charities that align with your values and give in a way that maximizes impact. See our guide on how to think about giving.
Donate how you want
How you donate is entirely up to you, whether you donate directly to a charity or go through a donor advised fund or private foundation. For cash donations, the easiest way to make them is right here in our Every.org community.
How it works
- Take the pledge
- Choose the percentage or amount that’s right for you, and commit to donating some of your equity proceeds to the charity of your choice.
- Learn and share
- After you take the pledge we’ll send along educational resources you can share to promote your cause and inspire other Wisers to join you in the pledge.
- Donate
- When it’s time, we’ll send you a reminder so you can make good on your pledge.
About Us
Equity for Impact is a program of Founders Pledge offered to the Wise community to help make our giving more impactful. A small team of Wise volunteers are leading on bringing this to our community.
