I gave to The Ocean Cleanup because I saw that Mark Rober is working with his nonprofit to help remove 30 million pounds of trash from the ocean and I want Boyle Slat to build more of the trash-eating robots.

The world is 70% water and oceans bring us joy!

Ocean plastic kills, and most of it flows from rivers. The Ocean Cleanup needs funds to deploy more "river filter" machines:

This organization has developed solutions and implemented them into practice already and desperately needs more funding to continue to improve the health of our entire planet.
