By learning how to create business plans and practice running a small business, school girls in Kibera slums are determined to show that they can become self reliant and make important decisions about their future. Girls often do not get a chance to build skills that can help them come out of poverty and be self reliant in the future.
Help us support 600 girls working in teams of 5 girls each, in Langata and Kibera slums of Nairobi, to start their own business. They have carefully researched and analysed their market, and prepared business plans with guidance from volunteer teachers in Sadili Oval. They are ready! Can you help them start taking a chance on a successful future?
