Open Mind Collective is proud to serve as a research site for two studies using psychedelic medicines to alleviate Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD).

Our Beckley Psytech sponsored study will assess the impact of 5-MeO-DMT, and our Cybin sponsored study will assess the impact of a novel drug formulation of psilocin, the active metabolite of psilocybin.

The individuals enrolled in our studies have experienced depression that has been resistant to multiple forms of therapy and medical intervention. TRD causes immense pain for those who suffer from it, driving some to take their own lives. It can also have a significant detrimental impact on their family, friends, and wider community.
