We are the only local organization in Latin America dedicated to transforming the region’s cosmetics and personal-care industry by developing innovative, science-based policies that benefit animals and the environment and putting an end to the use of animals in research.

We act across five priority areas that let us reach every stakeholder in the ecosystem, ensuring that change is systemic and lasting.

**Awareness:** We create clear, inspiring content and data so people can shift their purchasing habits toward cruelty-free, sustainable products.
**Certification:** Since 2013 our Cruelty-Free seal has become the Latin-American standard, growing from 10 certified brands in 2012 to more than 250 on the market today, with 180+ companies having completed our audit process across the region.
**Alliances:** Through strategic partnerships with brands and retailers, we connect companies and consumers around shared values and expand the visibility of certified products.
**Advocacy:** We research legislation, draft and lobby for cruelty free bills, and lead multi-sector campaigns, to secure nationwide bans on cosmetic animal testing.
**Research:** We promote validated alternative methods based on the 3Rs, build bridges between scientists and industry, and provide the technical foundations governments need to modernize safety standards.

**Vision:** To transform the region’s cosmetics and personal-care industry into one entirely free from animal use.

For thirteen years we have led Cruelty-Free awareness in Spanish, creating a category now sought out by consumers, retailers, and brands as a meaningful marker of ethical differentiation. Our certification has multiplied cruelty-free options twenty-fold in Chile alone and extended across every major Latin-American market.
