Kilimanjaro Wonders Youth Soccer Program in Tanzania

You can make a difference by donating tto Go Youth! Tanzania, which was formed to provide opportunities for kids in the Mt. Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania to play competitive soccer. We serve boys and girls ages 7-19 through teams sponsored by our sports center in Moshi, Tanzania called Kilimanjaro Wonders Sports Center (KWSC). Our kids need your help to play, but our youth are just like your kids in all other ways:

• Tanzania kids want to play sports just like kids in the U.S., Europe and other places
• Kilimanjaro area kids have to play in their local communities (within walking distance) because they do not have transportation options
• Programs are few and facilties (soccer fields) are scarce, and most local parents do not have resources to pay anything toward participation (only about 20% of local parents have jobs)

Your donations support Kilimanjaro Wonders' costs of uniforms, balls, field rentals, game fees, referee costs and van and other transportation rentals. By our calculations, it costs about $500 per child and $10,000 per team to cover the costs for a year. Should you choose to give, your money will go 100% to the cause. We have no U.S. overhead, as we are an all-volunteer non-profit organization.
