Yes. You must sign up for a free Every.org account to create a fundraiser. If you work for a charitable organization, sign up as an “admin for a nonprofit.” If you are an individual and want to create a peer-to-peer fundraiser on behalf of a nonprofit, sign up as a “donor.”
Launching a fundraising campaign on Every.org costs nothing. We do not charge a platform setup or subscription fee. However, we do pass on third-party transaction fees to charitable organizations for certain types of transactions. These are typically between 1.0% and 3.5%.
Every.org is PCI-compliant and protects user data in accordance with industry best practices. We encrypt sensitive information both in transit and at rest. We do not store donor payment information. Instead, all payment information is stored by our payment processor, Stipe. Stripe is an industry-leading payment processor with PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
