Help Single Mothers Become Homeowners

We have an excellent program in place called Homeownership Depot. This program is operating in Michigan, Georgia, and Florida. Our unique program goal is to increase wealth in black and brown communities through homeownership. Our 10 to Win step process allows us to improve future homebuyers personal credit, start a business, become pre-approved for a home, establish business credit, and become a real estate investor in their community. We teach them how to do the same thing that this program does for them.

One of the reasons we are doing this is because recent news reports that 3.5M black Americans have a negative net worth and 4.3M black American have a $10,000 Net worth or less. That is a systemic problem in communities across the U.S, One of the things we know for sure is that homeownership is one of stepping stones for increasing wealth and increasing net worth. Our program goal is to create 500 new home owners. Lets support our single mothers that sign up for this program by offering them a 50% off scholarship to attend this program.
