Teen Not Neet 2023

The Teen Not Neet project was a first experiment, done in 2022, with the goal of
improve the soft skills of a group of 15 students from 3 vocational training centers in Italy: Cometa Formazione, AFP Patronato San Vincenzo and Scuola del Fare "Giulia Civita Franceschi", located respectively in Como, Bergamo and Naples.
In fact, many of the students acquire excellent professional technical skills during their curricula, but there is no specific training on soft skills, which are requested by companies to young people entering the labor market.
For this reason it was decided to dedicate 3 weeks during the summer to specific training courses on some soft skills: public speaking, problem solving and team working.
Each course lasted 5 days and allowed the participants to settle in different areas of Italy
thus also working on their ability to adapt to different geographical and cultural contexts. Having seen the great results of last year project, we decided to replicate the project also this year!
