This festive season, Flone Initiative invites supporters from around the world to join in our mission to create a memorable experience for women professionals in the public transport sector in Kenya. Our Christmas and New Year’s appeal goals is to uplift 200 women, empowering them with better income, career advancement, and better opportunities in 2025.
For just $100/Kes 10,000 you can sponsor 200 of the next generation of women transport professionals with year-long professional development programs across three regions-Nairobi, Machakos and Nakuru. These programs will establish a formal pipeline for women to join the industry and support existing professionals in transitioning from informal to formal, decent employment. Our efforts also include building community through local chapters, offering peer support, and platforms to advance their careers.
