Brown Girls Dream

Brown Girls Dream was established as an informal support system for high potential young women of color. The mentor program seeks to level the playing field by pairing young leaders between the ages of 18-27 with multimedia industry veterans who are committed to helping them navigate through the early stages of their careers.

Brown Girls Dream is an inclusive organization that considers all applicants of color. The screening process seeks to identify the next generation of multimedia Bad Asses and helps make their dreams realities.
