FOOD CRISIS IN AFGHANISTAN

Since the change in government in Afghanistan, a food crisis has been unfolding across the country.

In Afghanistan, people are starving to death, there's a severe food crisis taking over the country. Besides unemployment and the fragile economy since the takeover of the Taliban, targeted assassinations have increased and the country is in its worst days.

According to the report, in Afghanistan, the severity of food insecurity suggests that significant loss of life may already be occurring in the outlook period.

Also new UN report shows that more than half of Afghanistan’s population is facing acute hunger as the country has been thrown into one of the world’s largest food crisis - due to conflict,economic crisis and drought.

Right now there are more than 23 million people in Afghanistan on the brink of starvation.
This includes children - up to 1 million boys and girls under 5 could die by year end due to the country's food crisis, lack of water & sanitation services.

We are a small group of 26 people delivering food and necessary tools for winter to every corner of Afghanistan. We raised money from across the country and the globe for the same purpose. We think of the children first and foremost.
