At 540WMain, we curate diverse brave spaces and antiracist content that educates all people. Participants come to our organization from all walks of life and learning levels to gain an understanding of how systemic racism impacts everyone in the communities they live in. While our learners join us from all over the world, they often connect on one common theme: lack of access to antiracism and social justice education before taking our classes.

As we celebrate our 5th anniversary and a transition to an e-learning platform, we ask our community to enable us to keep providing this much-needed education well into the future. In the coming year, 540WMain needs your support to expand our programming, with new antiracist education and first-of-its-kind virtual accessibility. This includes the addition of Spanish language interpreting, the creation of 10 new classes, and the development of a 4H program in support of youth development from an antiracist lens. 

Your support can help us tell the full story; it can help us teach about topics that are too often neglected or essentialized in traditional sectors of education. And it can ensure we do so with the diverse accessibility needs of our community at the center of it.

540WMain ran a Decolonizing Philanthropy workshop for the Every.org team. Calvin and the rest of the folks at 540WMain were fantastic teachers and facilitators. I really value the work they are doing and am excited for future workshops.
