We have mis-valued work in our country. The wealthy (usually) white male professional has been overvalued while the (usually) women of color who make sure the daily duties of caring for one another and help keeping us all alive has been undervalued. We need to turn this around. Collective bargaining is one way to shift power to where it is needed. Power on, women!
