When he wrote it, I'm sure he never believe the madness would get to the current state of threatening the prosperity gains of the past 200 years, but here we are. Fortunately, the voices are growing louder and more skeptical now that it's not just "someone else's problem for a future generation". I'm proud to support his group's work.
