Join Karen to support LifeStraw Safe Water Fund
After serving in the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone I have never viewed water the same. We often went days without water in our home. Boiling the water for drinking and cooking was a must. My husband was in charge of installing sanitary water wells in villages where the residents normally used water from streams or rivers. Despite numerous precautions illness from water were unavoidable. I’m so happy that lifestraw goes full circle with their filters.
