Join Chantelle Tim to support National Nurses March
Both myself and my husband are RNs. We have 2 children. Our whole family sacrifices daily for the greater good of our patients. But quality patient care isn't possible with current working conditions. And giving all you've got and it's not enough and it's not safe to boot is burning out us, our colleagues, our friends, admirable, hardworking nurses. It's not right what is happening to us... to our profession. But ultimately... it's not safe for our patients. Patient outcomes are at risk. And now apparently criminal charges and jail time for nurses up against the impossible? It's time for a stand. To unite. To demand better for ourselves and for our patients - our calling - the reason we keep pushing on! See you in DC. I'm bringing my 12 year old son to see how united peaceful protest is done. I trust that our profession will finally unite and get this right together.
