I know first-hand that Poodle and Pooch invests heavily in senior and special needs dogs. The only way some of these dogs can be saved from being put down is through donations from patrons. They don't have a facility to upkeep. Most of the dogs live with foster volunteers. PPR is truly an organization that has dog's backs when they are abandoned by previous owners.
